BROUGH, Bernard Julian (Bernie). On 29th April 2023 at Tauranga Hospital. Late of Whakatane. Rest in Peace. A service will be held in the chapel of Willetts Funeral Services, 21 King Street, Whakatane on Wednesday 3rd May 2023 at 2pm followed by burial at Hillcrest Cemetery, Whakatane. To all my dear cousins my deep sympathy on the passing of Bernie. Great memories of the fifties, holidaying in Auckland with my Mum Joan (Jonson, nee Frederickson) at the Brough Family home & going with Bernie, Barry & Anne & others to my first ever Elvis movie "Jailhouse Rock". Mum said I was too young but Bernie took me anyway. Fond memories. Rest in Peace Bernie
