wow, completely blown away, I had this uncanny feeling while seeing a mutual friends Facebook page and looked a bit further and discovered this horrible news.

this man, when he was a
boy.... was my first love.... such a beautiful person smiling eyes which matched his actual smile..... my first bunch of apricot roses and silly but thoughtful( I was only 13) matching apricot (embroided with my name)towel for my birthday....??such a loss, much love to his family and loved ones xxx

Such a shock. I remember lots of great times with Ben at St Heliers Primary. He was always a very courteous,kind and caring individual person. Rest in peace mate and thanks for being a part of my life. All the best love snd support to Robyn at this extremely difficult time

We have all lost a true friend, hero and steadfast companion through this life and I know his bright light will continue to shine strong and true in the next.

It has been a long time since I have had Ben in my life but my heart and thoughts are with his family and whanau at this time. Ben was fun, loving, intelligent and had a strong and beautiful spirit.
