PITTMAN, Benjamin Frank. Passed away peacefully, on Saturday 19 February 2023 surrounded by family and friends, aged 75. Beloved partner of Brian Murphy. Loved by his family and many friends around the world. "Forever in my heart" A private ceremony will be held. A public ceremony will be held at a later date. Just a word from his French connections. Benjamin together with Brian were always a welcome addition to the summer crowd who come to the Minervois. Many a glass enjoyed around restaurants and gardens. Sadly it is a while since we last saw them with all the recent restrictions.

My deep condolences to Brian; they have been together for 30 years; and to the extended family.
We started school together at Hukerenui.
Benjamin was an accomplished academic: PhD(UTSyd), MFA(Hons) Auck., MHPEd(UNSW), BFA(Auck), DipTchg(NZ), DipSecTchg(ASTC), DipAPC(CISyd), Nat.Cert.IV, HMH(TRAM)Whg and his original art works are in many places.
