Benjamin EDWARDS Obituary

EDWARDS, Benjamin Joseph (Ben). Dearly loved Son of Kate and Don, Brother of Tim and Jane (Angela), Uncle of Chad. Passed away at home on Monday 13 January 2025, aged 50 years. A service for Ben will be held at Waikumete Cemetery at 1pm on Wednesday 29 January. All welcome.

I am sad that Ben is no longer in this world. He was a good man with a warm and gentle heart, so positive and bubbly. I hope this never changed.

Today to mark the one-year date I planted an Oioi in a local reserve at sunset. I have shed some tears over the last few months and can´t imagine how Christmas must have been for the whole family now that he is gone.

I have taken comfort in imagining him mountain biking trails in heaven on a phat bike!

Ben is not forgotten.
