Belinda McFall Obituary

McFALL, Belinda Christina. Sadly passed away peacefully on Monday 7 February 2011 at the Mercy Hospice, Ponsonby, after a long illness bravely fought. Aged 37 years. Beloved daughter of Ricky and Sally McFall. Forever loved sister of Nadia, Richard, Lawrence, Wendy Schuster and Elisapeta Selesele.Taken too soon from us. A heart of gold stopped beating Your smiling eyes at rest God broke our hearts to prove He only takes the best. A gentle nature, a heart of gold These are the memories we will hold. You suffered so long and told so few It doesn't seem fair what you went through. There is a place in our hearts That is yours alone A part of our lives, that no one else can own. A family service to celebrate Belinda's life will be held at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 470 Great North Road, Grey Lynn today Thursday 10th February 2011 at 7pm. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the above church tomorrow Friday 11th February 2011 at 10.30 am followed by private cremation at Purewa Crematorium, St Johns Road, Meadowbank. We gratefully acknowledge the care and support of the Hastings, Wellington, Palmerston North and Auckland Hospitals and especially the staff of Mercy Hospice, Ponsonby. Faamolemole taofi le malo.

To our Beautiful friend and sister, Belinda McFall (Bindi)! You will always be one of the 'famous four.' We all have fond memories of our time with you at Catholic Senior School, 1990. I loved hanging out with you, Tracey and Titimaea. Chemistry was my fave subject with you and Titi. Our retreat was also a precious time with you. I remember your smile and how your whole body used to shake because of your laughter. You lived a great life my friend. So young and so precious. Time is but a fleeting moment and even though 21 years has passed on by memories like these are for a lifetime. I can picture you having fun with all our loved ones in Paradise and looking more beautiful then ever. Thanks for being a part of our lives and we pray that God will continue to bring great comfort to your family and friends. We praise God for you and know that you are now in a better place, where there is no more pain. We look forward to reuniting with you again and one day in Paradise and partying together again. We celebrate your life and know that your legacy will live on. Forever in our hearts. Love your friend Nola xoxoxoxo

My dear friend Bindi, I still remember your laugh as though it was yesterday up at Catholic Senior School. I was so sad to hear of your passing and regret so much that we have not met up sooner. But I will always remember you in my heart. You are one of the constants in my life, always optimistic and ready to give compassion and friendship. May you rest in peace in the loving arms of our Holy Father and bathe in the love and sweetness of The Holy Family. Until we meet again my dear friend and I hear you laugh. Will remember and love you always. Blessed journey Bindi. Tracy Nelson
