Marilyn and family, I too wish wish to convey my heartfelt sympathies to you in your loss. Barry and I were at Hutt Valley High School over much the same years and so we shared similar memories. For me and all of our High School friends and classmates, news of our contemporaries passing, has a real sting; so sad. But Barry is not forgotten.

RIP Barry, old neighbour and school friend. I remember many days after school in your backyard laboratory - making gunpowder and tube bombs. Scared the ducks. Also, the quiet smoke before school with your Mum.
