Hi Aana - we were very saddened to read in the paper of Barbara's passing. Also that we didn't read it in time to come up to Barbara's funeral service. I would love to talk to you if you have a moment to contact us on 021 644237. We are coming up to Dairy Flat on the 8th May for a month house sitting and were planning to contact Barbara again. She was such a lovely lady and we were very fond of her. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your family and your brothers and families. Although we never met we feel we did know you. Such a shame we missed the service. Warm regards, Jan and Brian Batson

To the wider Honeycombe family, and to Aana and Tony and your family, sending you all my love at this very sad time. Barbara and John were my second family growing up and I have so many treasured memories of Jaemont Ave, Pauanui and sleepovers to treasure. Her sewing corner and warm family kitchen will always be in my heart when I think of her - the many treats and talks we shared there.
Sending you all love and light.

Sending our condolences to you all,
There are so many memories of when you all came up at Christmas to Bay Road Red Beach I remember my Sister Bernadette used to visit Laura Honeycomb.
Also John James would call over sometimes at breakfast when our dad Joe Noakes had made stinking oats as john james called them ...he probably wont remember this as he was so young
Sincerest condolences from Angela Boler (nee Noakes)
