Barbara Florence DOYLE

Barbara DOYLE Obituary

DOYLE, Barbara Florence. Peacefully at Ohinemuri Home, Paeroa, on 15th November, 2023; aged 89 years. Barbara was a grandmother, great- grandmother, and great- great-grandmother. Barbara was known for her entrepreneurial aptitude, and for putting the Coromandel Peninsula on the map. Her Agatha Christie Murder Mystery weekends were famous on the Coromandel and won her an award for Tourism. Barbara will be sadly missed by her many friends. A graveside service for Barbara will be held at the Mercury Bay Cemetery, Ferry Landing, Whitianga, on Saturday 18th November, at 11am.

Barbara is fondly remembered by Double Vision, a quartet who performed at The Ranchouse cabaret venue on Auckland's North Shore in 1971. Thanks for managing us Barbara, great memories so rest in peace.
