PATTERSON, Averil (nee Adams). Passed away on Tuesday 3 April 2018 at her home. Beloved wife of Robert and a dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Matthew and Chelley Patterson (USA) and Bronwyn and Lance Delaney (Havelock). Much loved Grandma of Sam and Jessica (USA) and Nana of Rikki, Corey and Baylee (NZ). Much loved sister of John Adams, Margaret Johnson (nee Adams) and Roger Adams. Messages to 3 Chante Crescent, Renwick 7204. Flowers respectfully declined. An amazing strong and independent woman, a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will never be forgotten. God has you in his keeping - we have you in our hearts. A celebration of Averil's life will be held at the Springlands Chapel, Cloudy Bay Funeral Services, 15 Boyce Street Blenheim on Thursday 12 April at 11.00am followed by private cremation at the Cloudy Bay Crematorium.
