Audrey BISHOP Obituary

BISHOP, Audrey Jean (Jonnie). On 24 September 2013 after a long illness at Malvina Major Retirement Village Johnsonville. Formally of Paremata. In her 88th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Lt Col Frances Bishop and dearly loved daughter of the late Jack and Bet Wakefield of Plymouth England. Dearly loved mother of John and the late Alison (Suffolk Lodge, Cambridge), William (Bill) and Diane (Browns Bay Auckland), Julia and Anthony Briscoe (Waikanae). Much loved grandmother of Richard and Dawn (Christchurch), Stuart (London), Chris, Adrienne (Auckland), Joshua (Waikanae), Jessica and Luke (Melbourne), Rebecca and Scott (Waikanae). Loved great grandmother of Jonathan, Cameron and Samantha (Christchurch). The Family would like to acknowledge and thank all the staff at Malvina Major for their care and love shown to Jean. A celebration of Jean's life will be held in St Andrew's Anglican Church, Steyne Ave Plimmerton on Monday, 30th September at 2.30pm, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's New Zealand, Box 3643 Wellington 6140 would be appreciated. These may also be left at the service.
