I have teenage memories of the Boys, the Farm and the Duck Ponds and later, after moving to Kaukapakapa, I remember seeing Atholl almost every time the locals got together, he always took time out to ask about me and my family, he gave his time freely to anything Kaukapakapa, he loved Kaukap, he had lived here all his life and his knowledge of the local area endless, rest in peace Athol, until we meet again
