Arthur BAMFORD Obituary

Bamford, Arthur John. Born 29 November 1951 in Nairobi Kenya, passed away on 22 December 2025 at North Shore Hospice after a long and stubborn battle with cancer. Son of Florence (nee Summers) and Kyle Bamford and brother of David, Hazel (deceased) and Alan. Step brother to Mark, Wendy and Chrissey. Car enthusiast, Go Karter, ice figure skater, Petanque, pub quizzer and friend to many colleagues at Auckland and Waitemata Healthcare where he worked for almost 40 years as a clinical engineer. You will be missed. According to Arthur's wishes a private cremation has been held. A gathering to celebrate Arthur's life and raise a glass to his memory will be held on Sunday 18 January 2pm at the British Isles Inn, 577 Beach Road, Rothesay Bay, North Shore.
