Arthur ATTFIELD Obituary

ATTFIELD, Arthur Raymond (Uncle Arthur). Peacefully (surrounded by his close friends), on Friday 24th June, 2022, a few weeks short of his 82nd birthday. Arthur will be sadly missed by his many friends and acquaintances which he made throughout his life's journey. 'Farewell my friends - go well' (Arthur). If you wish to pay your last respects, Arthur will be available to visit at Twentymans on Wednesday 29th June, between 9am - 12noon. A celebration of Arthur's life will be held in the Grahamtown Chapel, 102 Kirkwood Street, Thames, on Friday 1st July, at 11am, followed by interment at Totara Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Waikato Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service or posted to 334 Cobham Drive, PO Box 325, Waikato Mail Centre, Hamilton 3240 Please note change of day. Our Sympathy to all who are close to Arthur. We knew him as a neighbour in the Kauaeranga Valley in the mid to late 70's. Had some impressive Hereford cattle

Thanks for the fab memories and laughs. I remember your gorgeous pups and bowling you out in back yard cricket. You had a cracker of a laugh and loads of stories. Thanks for being you. X

You were a unique character and a true gentleman, Arthur. We will always remember our "in depth" conversations, which we thought would change the world,......but didnt! Our catch-ups over the last few years were, unfortunately, few....but were enjoyable. RIP Arthur. Michael & Vicki.
