Arnold Burton ATKINSON

Arnold ATKINSON Obituary

ATKINSON, Arnold Burton (AB). Peacefully on 22 March 2024 after a long illness. Much loved husband and soul mate of 63 years of Adrienne, loved father of Margie and Chris, loved brother of William and brother-in-law of Diana and grandfather of Jess, Sam and Ryan. Happily sailing on his last journey. Many thanks to Karen, Simi and the wonderful team at Ivan Ward Centre for their amazing care and support. A service in celebration of AB's life will be held at the Selwyn Village Chapel, Selwyn Village, Pt Chev at 11am on Wednesday 27th March. The Natural Funeral Company 021 2345650

So many good memories of sailing the Med in company. If we had a problem, be it sailing, building or horticulture, AB was the man to go to for a carefully considered solution. We will miss your endless interest and curiosity in any and every subject and the great conversations. Fair winds and smooth seas, dear friend.
