Prayers to all of Ari´s family.
He certainly was a character bigger than life leaving us all with fond memories.

Our sincerest condolences to you Margaret, Jono and Karl. We have so many fond memories of Ari. His personality was truly Finnish; trustworthy, sincere and kind and at the same time he had become a true kiwi. Ari was one of those rare people with whom you always felt comfortable with. Kai is very thankful to Ari for being introduced to NZ business.
Among many other things to help and support our family, Ari advised and supported Niko and Leo in their ice hockey hobby.

RIP Dear Ari.

May I offer my sincere sympathy to you Mrs Hallenberg and your family. During the eighties as Global Sports Ari and his great friend Ian Shaw revolutionized the game of lawn bowls in New Zealand and eventually the world through their entrepreneurial skills.
He was a very kind and gentle man. RIP Ari and thank you, it was a pleasure knowing you.

I don't know what to say what hasn't been said already. Ari was a lovely human being. He went out of his way to help anyone who needed help and always made himself available for a chat, be it about Finnish Society matters or just everyday stuff. I will really miss him. My deepest condolences to Margaret and the family, and to anyone mourning the loss of this great man.

My sincerest condolances to the whole Hallenberg family. Ari was one of the corner pillars of the Finnish community in Auckland and New Zealand. Always willing to help out when a fellow Finn needed advice. He will be greatly missed by all of us who knew him!
