RAKURAKU, Apihai Taane (Taane). On Saturday, 11 December 2021, peacefully at Whakatane Hospital aged 78 years. Dearly loved Husband of the late Marcia Mary Rakuraku (nee Merito). Loved father of Robert and Sharon, Paki (Buck) and Robyn, Lisa and Cap, and Basil (Deceased). A much loved brother, koro, uncle and friend to many. A celebration of Taane's life will be held at Tanatana Marae, 158D Matahi Valley Road, Nukuhou North, on Tuesday, 14 December at 11:00AM, Communications to the Rakuraku family, C/- PO Box 223 Whakatane.
