Tony was a special person to many people. He enjoyed the company of those around him, showing a strong love for his family and extended family. The love and care shown to him in his latter years is a testament to the same love he provided when in good health. He had a special way of making those he met feel welcomed. He always made our family feel welcomed when visiting across the ditch. I especially loved his gentle banter when the All Blacks and Wallabies faced off. He will be sadly missed.
