Wayne and I were both in Wainui Sea Scouts together, and I still have an old faded photo of Wayne and others taken on an Easter hike in the Waitakere Ranges in 1962. And some time later Wayne and his dad built a yacht, an IA class, and a very nice boat it was. They took me sailing in it once. You were a good friend back then, Wayne, but we lost contact. I remember Lynne as Wayne's younger sister, and somehow we exchanged a few words on Facebook a couple of years ago. Rest in peace Wayne. My condolences to Wayne's wife and family.
