Annette Redmond Obituary
REDMOND, Annette June (nee Kirk). On Saturday 31st of December 2011 suddenly passed away at respite care in Lexall Care, West Auckland; aged 73. Formerly wife of the late Neil Redmond, loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Petrina and Paul Turner (North Island), Nola and David Crewe (Dunedin) and the late Heather Redmond. Sister of Murray Kirk and Leonie Raper. Grandmother of Aaren and Malany and Nova the cat. Also much loved member of our Papakura, Christchurch and Taupo family. And will be missed by her friends also.Thank you to everyone for your condolences and support to our families and to the many wonderful people who have touched Mum's life over the years. The Funeral Service will be held in Salvation Army Westgate Church, 532 Don Buck Road, Massey, Waitakere, West Auckland 11am Saturday 7th January 2011. All communications please to Nola Crewe, 38 Bedford Parade, Brighton, Dunedin 9035. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Salvation Army who has given great support to Annette and the family.

How sorry I am that I found out about Mrs Redmond's passing too late to pay my respects at her funeral. She was a much loved customer of mine at the ANZ Westgate and a sweet neighbour who looked for me going in and out for lunch across the street from her. I only hope that she's now pain-free and at peace. Her lovely, friendly presence will be missed both at my workplace and in my neighbourhood. May peace and comfort come to her family.
