Anne O'CONNOR Obituary

O'Connor, Anne Marie. Died peacefully at Tauranga on 9th November 2025. Much loved daughter of Brian and Catherine O'Connor. Dearly loved sister of Bernie, Kathleen, Peg and Patricia, all deceased, and Breda. Adored Aunt of her 18 nephews and nieces, a very special great aunt and a wonderful friend to many. Thank you to all the staff at The Avenues Care Suites for their amazing care and love of Anne over the last 16 months. She loved her stay at your 'hotel'. A Requiem mass will be held on Monday 17th November at 11am at St Mary's Catholic Church, followed by a burial at Pyes Pa Cemetery, Tauranga. "Rest in Peace Anne, you were a special part of all of our lives".

The Camdens of Masterton (and elsewhere) have good memories of visits by Anne and the other O'Connors. We've enjoyed our other contacts too with Anne over the decades. Our sympathies go to Anne's relatives.

O'Connor, Anne Marie. 6 January 1933 - 9 November 2025 Close sister of Peg (Margaret) Corkery and much loved aunt of Peter and Aileen, Maryanne and Paul, Terence and Brenda and Quentin and Fiona. Adored great aunt of Mathew, Sam and Jessica Corkery, Patrick, Kieran and Sean Washer, Jeff, Hannah and Brett Corkery and Lara and Julia Corkery. We lost mum too soon, but we were given you Anne. Affectionately known as AA, you became the grandmother we all loved. You will remain forever in our hearts.
