CARPENDALE, Ann 'Marie'. Cherished and deeply loved wife of Ken. Adored mother and mother-in-law of Nicky, Mike and Jade Caine. Much loved stepmother and stepmother-in-law of Beth Jenkins, Darin, Leanne, Glenn and Eleni Carpendale. Loved and treasured by her nine grandchildren. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Keith and Margaret Hewlett, Wendy Shipley, Bobbie and Marc Fisk. Auntie 'Rie' to the multitudes! Marie passed away Sunday 21 November 2021. With her strength and determination she gave us 15 more treasured years despite the toll it took on her. Always the bubbly, comical, honest, caring, friendly and loving lady, we all miss you so much. Your very presence lit up a room. Rest in peace 'Effie.' A private family funeral will take place on Monday 29 November 2021 at 2 pm. No flowers by request, donations appreciated to St John Ambulance. www.stjohn.org.nz
