Anita SPAWFORTH Obituary

SPAWFORTH, Anita. On January 17th 2014, peacefully at CHB Health Centre, Waipukurau. Dearly loved wife of Brian, loving mother of Ann and Brian, David (deceased) and Michelle, and Jonathan and Justene. Much loved nana of Anthony, Cullen and Bailey; Te Manu, Anatia and little Jonny. Special thanks to Dr Daun and Staff at CHB Health Centre, and to Dr West and Staff HB Memorial Hospital for their love and care of Anita. As was Anita's wish a private cremation service has been held. C. H. B. Funeral Services Ltd, FDANZ Waipukurau.

We were devastated when we heard of Anita's passing away but we can always recall the very happy memories of the times we had together in Wakefield and Takapuna. Our thoughts will always be with you all. Mike and Heather.
