SCOTT, Andrew James (Andy/Scotty). Born 11 January 1966. Passed away unexpectedly on 13 September 2024. Dearly loved father of Hanna and Tom. Dearly loved son of Ritchie (Dick) and Maureen Scott. Loved brother and brother-in-law of David and Piere, John and Ruth. Loved uncle of Meg, Chloe and Amy Scott. Funeral to be held at 2pm, Saturday 21 September at All Saints Chapel, Purewa. Scotty was an amazingly gifted athlete matched with an enormous amount of humility. A great guy who was always up for laugh and had a very generous spirit. Glad to have caught up over the last few years. Will miss you buddy. Rest in peace.

Scotty was a Board member of the Waka Pacific Trust for the past year. He gave freely of his time, supported the charitable tenets of the Trust and added value at every turn. He quickly became a highly regarded mentor and trusted adviser. We will sincerely miss his intelligence and wit - we will miss him, and offer our sincerest condolences to Andrew's family.
