Andrew Prendergast Obituary

PRENDERGAST, Andrew Bernard. On 31 March 2011, as the result of a horse riding accident, peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Aged 30 years. Much loved son of Kerry and Paul, brother of Melissa and Jessie, brother-in- law of Bailey, uncle of Amber and stepson of Rex Nicholls. Sadly missed by his grandmothers Betty Prendergast and Beverley Ferrier, many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends and dog Bronty. Andrew died doing what he loved. In lieu of flowers donations to Horse Welfare, PO Box 10368, Te Rapa, Hamilton would be appreciated or may be left at the service. A celebration of Andrew's life will be held at Old St Paul's, Mulgrave Street, Wellington at 2.00pm on Wednesday 6 April 2011 followed by private cremation. I am so sad to hear about the loss of Andrew. Such a talented man with such a bubbly & positive personality.

I met Andrew through my cousin Sara Palmer Giles about 2 years ago.
