Andrew GIBBS Obituary

GIBBS, Andrew Euterpe. Born in Marton 1 July 1928, passed away at Waiapu House, Havelock North 7 January 2022. Husband of Ethel for 65 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Ian and Mihwa Gibbs, Tracey and Bryce Day and the late Kerry Gibbs (6 June 2012). Loved grandfather of Nick, Josh, Lucas, Oliver, Emma, Matthew, Brooke and great- grandfather of Sasha and Charlotte. Andrew was a quiet, hard-working, keen sportsman and card enthusiast, now at rest. Special thanks to staff at Waiapu for their care of Andrew the last 10 months. According to Andrews wishes a private cremation has taken place.
