I went to school, King's College, Auckland with Andrew from 1952-1955. I remember him well as a very pleasant and intelligent person. He was my introduction to the remarkable Chinese people with whom I have lived for the past six decades in Hong Kong. I never met Andrew again after leaving school but the memory of him lies bright in my mind. I send my deepest to his wife and family.

Andrew your support to me when I was involved with PSNZ was the start of our friendship. You were one of life's gentlemen and that didn't go un noticed. You will be missed hugely by the Photographic community. RIP. Sadly I'm overseas for your farewell on Tuesday. Condolences to Wah and family.

Andrew will be dearly missed by his friends and family in the photographic world. Andrew was an active and valued member of the Auckland Photographic Society and the Photographic Society of New Zealand. We remember Andrew as always having a smile on his face, being happy and positive. He loved to travel and share his memories through his photographs. Our thoughts and prayers are with Wah and his family at this sad time. Thinking of you all.
