GROBBELAAR, André. 6 April 1959 - 20 April 2025 We announce the peaceful passing of André Grobbelaar (Grobbie) at age 66. Born in Germiston, South Africa, he was a distinguished police officer and community servant known for his bravery, integrity and commitment to justice. André is survived by his beloved wife Tilly, with whom he shared 27 years, and their children Arline and Arno, alongside bonus children Ludwig, Wanda, Clinton, Michelle, and Lindy and his adored grandchildren. He was known for his wisdom, humour, and love for fishing and fixing everything. His life will be celebrated on Sunday, 4 May 2025, at 2 PM at Kaipaki Bible Church, The Ridge, Ohaupo.
