Amber STEVENSON Obituary

STEVENSON, Amber Gail (nee Fyfe). Our darling Amber passed away at home Wednesday, 27 January 2016. Much loved daughter of Trevor and Lesley, wife of Greg, mother of Hayley, Roxanne and Allanah, Nana Ambie to wee Bodie. Loved sister of Rochelle and Johannes Tietze and their children Calvin and Zoe. We wish to thank all the wonderful people from hospice, district nurses and friends who have helped so much over the past weeks. Remember her with a smile today She was not one for tears. Reflect instead on memories Of all the happy years. There will be a celebration of Amber's life held in All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St John's Road, Meadowbank on Wednesday 3 February at 1.30pm. In lieu of flowers Amber wanted memorial donations to Totara Hospice South Auckland, PO Box 75-560, Manukau, Auckland 2243 or these may be left at the service.

Knew Greg from his days in the Navy. Never met Amber, but he always talked about her. I'm sorry to hear of his loss.

Words are never adequate in moments like these. I will say though, that our hearts go out to you. I will always remember Amber fondly and have wonderful memories of many years spent with you all during the younger years! She always had a most beautiful smile and kind heart. Amber leaves behind a wonderful family and I know you will all be a great source of comfort and support to one another.
I am sorry that I cannot attend the funeral, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you all and Amber .
