Allen BRADLEY Obituary

BRADLEY, Allen Thomas. Passed away peacefully on 17 February 2018 surrounded by his family at Waikato Hospital, aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Val and the late Claire. Adored father of Miriam & Seamus (Collins), Bruce & Tania. Best mate and Grandad of Dain & Jaime, Zebb, Chase, Jamie, and Abbie, and loving great grandad of his 6 great grandchildren. Loved stepfather of Deborah & Dean, Andrea & Steve, and Nigel & Chrissie. "He taught us mischief, love and incredible kindness." Allen was cremated privately at his request. Allen was a man with great dignity and integrity mixed with a delightful sense of humour. First met Allen when a new staff member at Woodville School and he was School Committee Chair and also had the pleasure of being a Zone Chairman for Allen when he was a Lions District Governor. He was such a gentleman that he even asked Sandra for a dance at a Lions function when she was 9 months and 1 day pregnant! It worked because our son was born the next day!!
To be in Allen's company was always a pleasure.
