Hello Stephanie, I was saddened to hear of Allan´s passing and in the relatively short time I had dealings with him, I always admired his very flexible mind when assessing the way forward. You will miss him verymuchI am sure. Sorry I can´t be with you all at the Northern Club this evening,
Kind regards

Heartfelt sympathy and thoughts to Stephanie and all Allan's family. Allan was a mentor and supporter to me personally and also to the Waiheke Community Art Gallery. We enjoyed his regular visits and camaraderie immensely, and were fortunate to have his ongoing commitment and loyalty to the Walker & Hall Waiheke Art Award for over 18 years. I still often think of Allan and his dedication and find it hard to put words down to thank him. I am sorry that I will not be able to be there on Wednesday, so Stephanie and Joseph, be assured that I will take time to be thinking of Allan and you all.
