Allan GREAVES Obituary

Sorry to hear of your passing, Allan. I will miss seeing you at Farmers Pakuranga where I first met you. You were a top guy to work with. You could almost stop time with all your little stories and jokes. I hope that a little of that fun will live on all those who were lucky enough to have met you. Condolences to your family.

Just to let the family know, a week may have passed since the funeral, but you are still in my prayers and my thoughts as you are on the long road of healing, no matter how long you Spent with Allan, the memories you and made together will stay in your memory for a life time, hold on those many many happy memories knowing the day will come when you will be back with Allan, your Mum and your Dad and be filling heaven with that magical Greaves music.

I have just learned today of your passing Allan. I enjoyed working and socialising with you and our other workmates at Farmers Pakuranga. You were always happy, singing and cracking jokes. Saw you a few years back at Farmers with my Dad. Didn't know it would be the last time :( You will be sorely missed by all who knew you.

On behalf of the Ultimate Transport despatch team we are sorry to hear of Allan's passing. Allan was not only a driver but he was our Bob the Builder handy man and enjoyed having a joke even if it was at his expense. Our hearts go out to young Blake, who we used to love seeing in the office, and Jennifer.

Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade because a loved one's gone. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart. For as long as there is a memory, they'll live on in our hearts.

GREAVES, Allan Paul Passed away suddenly. Treasured son of the Late Trevor (Rusty) and Gladys Greaves. Dearly loved brother of all 13 siblings and all their families. Our dear brother we are heartbroken. A quiet, gentle, caring man who did anything for anyone. You will always be remembered for this and your love of country music.
