BAKER, Allan John. With great sadness the Baker family announce Allan "shuttled off this mortal coil" on Thursday 24 April, 2025. There is a Service to celebrate Allan's life on Waiheke Island at Ostend War Memorial Hall from 1:30 Sunday 4 May. A bus to the venue will meet the midday ferry from Auckland. Please, no flowers. A koha to Youthline on Allan's behalf is appreciated.

My Saturday or Sunday early morning starts where Allan was in charge of starting the day was always full of laughter and stories of the past and teaching me a few things. Me driving the bus and Allan on his bike was always good for an enthusiastic greeting! Man, I will miss that man! R.I.P. Allan.
