Alistair HEASLEY Obituary

HEASLEY, Alistair Graham. Born June 24, 1947. Passed away on September 14, 2017 at 3:15pm. Alistair passed away peacefully in his bed surrounded by loved ones. A hard working Real Estate Agent, he always wanted to be on or near the water and was drawn to Mangawhai where he became well known as Alistair The Bike-man. Despite a decade long fight against emphysema he lived a very full 70 years and 11 days prior to his passing he finally married the love of his life, Barb, who fell for his beautiful eyes over 50 years ago. He was a beloved Father to Paul and Jo, Step-Father to Abby, Father-in-Law to Michael and Abbey, Grandpa to Mikey, Pa to Xavea, Granddad to Cohen, Emmett and Tate and surrogate Grandfather to Mickii. His lively personality and open hospitality will be missed by all.
