Alison SCMIDT Obituary

SCHMIDT, Alison Nancy. Passed gracefully after a very brave cancer battle on Sunday, 7th of July 2024, at approximately 10:30am in Whangarei, aged 78. She was surrounded by close family after spending her last days peacefully at home looking at the harbour and landscape she loved dearly. She is survived and missed dearly by her daughter and son in law, two sons and daughters in law, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. In accordance with her wishes a private and appropriate family occasion will be held at one of the Northland locations that were so central to her life.

It was great to see Alison with all her family at Kate´s wedding. She was so happy. I am so very sorry for you all and send love to the whole family while you are grieving your lovely mum.

To Alison"s Family our sincere condolences.
Alison was a loved and cherished friend to all the members of The Pines Golf Club. She loved working in the office for the twilight tournaments. She was also such a great help to me when we had catering for tournaments.
She was very proud of her families success in their careers.
We are having an afternoon tea on Sunday at the club in memory of her.
We will miss her. RIP Alison
