Alison BUCHANAN Obituary

Alison was a hugely generous person, in so many ways but I'll particualry rememeber her for her energy and enthusiasm. I was fortunate to meet her and Eric through their love of music and support of the Auckland Philharmonia and Michael Hill Intl Violin Competition. They became great friends and I would always try to see them when I was coming through Auckland Tamaki Makaurau.
Alison and Eric were also founding supporters of At the World's Edge Festival (AWE) in Queenstown, they helped the festival grow into what it is today, and their support and friendship will continue to be apprecaited and rememebered.
Alison will be deeply missed, sending heartfelt condolences to Eric and their surrounding family.

Very sorry to hear of Alisons sad passing..knew her from tennis at Waiata where she was the backbone of the club for many years..a very good player and a great fun loving person .RIP dear Alison...condolences to Eric and her family
