I thank you for the special gift you whispered to me, to be held in my heart forever. So many adventures together over so many years, so many photos, so much fun and laughter.
This quiet sleep is yet another adventure as we wait for the soon Sound of The Trumpet of The Resurrection to be reunited.

Heartfelt prayers and sympathy to you Tip and all of Alice's family. Will always remember her looking after Myself and Nina and her visiting me on remote the Bulga Plateau in northern NSW. REVELL, Alice Isabel Georgina On 17 June, her 98th birthday. Dearly loved mother of Linda, respected mother in law of Murray, cherished Nana of Tony, Marika and Jason, and Annalise; Great-Nana of Jade, Havana, Nico and Lucia. An extraordinary woman to whom family meant everything.

REVELL, Alice (nee Sloan) Born 17 June 1916. Passed away on 17 June 2014. Dearest Mum, your long life has been lived to the full, with 6 kids, work, travel travel travel, and with your spirit always seeking new challenges, you've always planned ahead and had things to look forward to. Many adventures and memorable occasions under your belt! This birthday you approached with some amazement that you were really that old- and we talked about the Queen's Telegram coming up. Indomitable and stoic to the end, despite the misadventure, you chose your time to depart- party's over, time to go. Wonderful memories, huge sadness that we won't be making any more. REVELL, Alice (Mum) Born 17 June 1916, passed away 17 June 2014, on her 98th birthday. Slipped away quietly with all her family present. A wonderfully unique Mother and Mum, strong and loving. My greatest privilege was to be her eldest daughter. She sleeps, confident in the Blessed Hope - "Let not your heart be troubled.." Lorna (nee Revell).
