To Deidre, Christine, Shona & Bruce.
My sincere condolences to you all and your extended on the passing of you Mum Barlee.
I have been friends of both Barlee and Rex since my early years in Kakahi, and High School in Taumarunui.
I have great memories of the many Saturday night parties held at old Winnie & Howard Levien's home opposite the Athletic Hall and your Mum dressing up to the nines as part of the entertainment. I always loved
her dry sense of humour.
I last saw her at the Taumarunui High School 100 year Jubilee. Max Allen (Melbourne) Aust.
