PICKERING, Alexia Helen Jean Rae JP, QSO, CNZM. Our extraordinary mum, nana and sister, who passed away peacefully at home on 27th April 2017, in her 87th year. She campaigned passionately and tirelessly throughout her life in the disability sector; was an inspiration to all she met and a mentor to many. "Life's race well run, now commeth rest" Loved and admired mother of Paula, John, Janine and Alexia. Nana to Jessica, Daniel, Christie, Zoe, Emily, Maddie, Danielle and Oli.
