MIDDLEBERG, Albert (Bert). Passed away peacefully on Friday 30th November 2012, after a long illness. Dearly loved husband of Kay. Much loved father and father-in-law of Michelle and Ian, Karen and Richard, Lisa and Andrew. Adored Appie of Rebecca, Mathew, Jordan, Jonty and Callum, and brother of Loekje and Walter. In lieu of flowers donations to The Cancer Society may be left at the service. A service celebrating Bert's life will be held at the Waipawa Town Hall, Monday December 3rd at 1:30pm followed by private cremation. C. H. B. Funeral Services Ltd FDANZ Waipukurau
