GUNN, Alastair Stephen. on 21 May 2011. Greatly loved and sadly missed by Carole, James and Amber, Laura and Paddy, Summer and Angel and Lyla, Belle, Shirley and Rob and Jake. Sincere thanks to Steve, Jill and all the medical staff who gave Al care and support over the last year. At Al's request, there will be a private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Waikato Hospice.

Al and Cas were dear friends when we were students together at Sussex, sharing a house with with Paul Evans( who died in 1991 in a climbing accident) and myself . We had many passionate debates well into the night and I will always remember his warmth and quickness of mind . I am very sorry that he has gone and send deepest sympathy to Cas and the family.
