Alan SCOTT Obituary

Alan was a long known friend of my parents Lyall and Judy Olsen.He also built our carport/rumpus room for us at Huapai many years ago. Alan was a perfectionist and his building work could not be faulted.He loved investigating his family and Helensville history and was happy to share it with others.

Many wonderful visits when Alan & Janette arrived on roady trips in camper van .. we were living north west of Whangarei .. a photo 2008 with our daughter Heather McLeod .. love to families with the loss of Mum and Dad so soon after each other

Te Awaroa Museum, Helensville are very grateful for having had Alan in our midst. He was very supportive and a wealth of knowledge. Our flag is flying at half-mast in his honour. Rest in peace Alan. We will certainly miss you.
