Alan DOWMAN Obituary

So sad to read this, I was thinking of Alan yesterday when his birthday popped up in my calendar and sent him a txt, then I found this today.
Alan changed the path of my life when he asked me to come work with him at Kiwi Dairies 22 years ago. For a time we were a great team of two sorting out the worlds problems. He set me on a path for a better future, and dragged me around the US seeing things I had only ever dreamed of seeing and using a Local upgrade voucher with Air NZ had Alan and I flying 1st class home from LA to NZ. A great man, with a drive to do things like no one else I have ever met, I was so lucky to have been his work college and friend, an will continue to think of him often until my passing days. - Regards Bryan Harrison.
