Yvonne Rahui

To Barbara & family..condolences from Yvonne Rahui, Dolly Craigs granddaughter. It was a shock to see Alan's passing as I was looking up an obituary for someone else.
I just want to acknowledge Barbara..your and Alan's great friendship & support to my Nana for many years..and the help in the later years getting her into a home. He was always kind to me & I enjoyed his calls every so often when he needed to know or share something about her. He was a positive & encouraging man.
I just want you to know I was thankful. Nana never did get that little caddy after riding on yours and liking it even though she often talked of doing so. Could you have imagined her Barbara? Another headache for Alan..She'd be ringing asking what's this for, why is that etc?? I know she already depended on Him for alot!
God's blessings to you all.

Initially Alan was a Real Estate Agent who over the years became a close friend.
Before our long steep driveway was concreted Alan n Barb managed to getstuck(easy to do)
John followed a noise up drive only to find Alan trying his best to push car uphill.Sorry Alan
We were also priviledged to view polished kauri gum treasures. Thanks Alan.
