Afele TAMASEU Obituary

TAMASEU, Afele Hale. On Monday 1st October 2018 Afele Hale, after a long illness, sadly passed away peacefully at Sunset Village Hospital aged 91 years old surrounded by his loving wife Jane and family. Brother to Talita & Mulipola Ta'avao (deceased), Neti (deceased) and Siniva & Allan Stevenson. Dearly loved father of Herman & Seupepe, Martin, Ali'itasi (Joanne) & Laurie, Virginia & Trevor, Paul & Larissa and Lina. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Catherine, Evan, Joshua & Lataai, Quinn (deceased), Lily & Arimataia, Theo & Jaclyn, Brooke, Duncan, Joel, Liam, Laura, Benjamin and Nathan. He would have been just as devoted to his great grandson baby Cooper. Will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews around the globe. No words can express the loss we feel but we are comforted to know God will be with you. "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in Me will live, even though they die, and whoever lives by believing in Me will never die." A service to celebrate Afele Hale's life will be held at Henderson Baptist Church, 325 Great North Road, Henderson, Thursday 4th October 2018, from 10am, followed by his burial at Waikumete Cemetery.
