I well remember how much Adrienne gave to musical life in Hawke's Bay and the enjoyment she got from it. I certainly valued her contribution to both music and life itself - her legacy is in the memories she gave us.

Thankyou Adrienne for everything you gave to me; your endless love and support, your passion for music and teaching and the safe and loving place for me to stay.

I am proud to say that Adrienne is one of my great inspirations in life and pushed me to learn more about music. I will never forget when I was 17 and I was trying so hard just to press down a fret on the double bass she had rented for me. I didn't have the strength, but Adrienne did and showed me how to play it properly. I can't thank her enough.

I'm not sure what else to say but I will miss her every day and will always remember her as a loving and caring person <3

Adrienne was a talented musician, teacher and friend. Her contribution to the communities fortunate to have her was enormous. Her support of me in every aspect of my career and musical journey lifted and guided me like no other.
You have left a legacy in so many and will be remembered fondly.
My condolences to Sarah, Ken and family.

My teacher, mentor and friend Adrienne was an extraordinary musician, admired by so many. She would have taught hundreds, perhaps thousands of students in her lifetime. Her legacy will not be forgotten.
Thank you Adrienne

I was very fortunate to have Adrienne for a piano teacher when living in Howick. I also have happy memories of going to a Master Class and concert with Adrienne. R.I.P.

She made a tremendous contribution to music in Hawke's Bay, (and further afield, no doubt) through her teaching, accompanying, and performing. I appreciate the short time I had with her as a pupil, and being introduced to lesser known works. A dedicated musician. Our sympathy to Audrey and other family members.
