ABSOLON - CURIN, Smiljana Tereza (Milly). Born on the Island of Hvar in Croatia on March 29,1929 and passed away peacefully at Dunstan Hospital Clyde, on Sunday July 28, 2024, surrounded by her loving family, aged 95. Dearly beloved Mother of Angela and Mother in-law to Roddy MacInnes, and eldest Daughter Lorenza. Much loved Sister of Olga and Maria, and the late Ante, Sonya and Dusanka. Loving Nana to Simun, Bernece, Emil, Jasna, Rudi and partners, pra Nana to Cruz, Sophia, Daniella, Kadence, Stan, Angelo, Kalani and Niko, loving Cousins of Mary Mihaljevich and Dusko Kosijer. A celebration of Milly's life will be held in Affinity Funerals Chapel, 143A Centennial Avenue, Alexandra at 1 30pm on Friday, August 2, 2024, followed by a private cremation. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Milly. A long time family friend of the late Helen and Ivan Vodanovich. A very dear friend to Helen, they spent hours on the phone chatting. They both were heart and souls of our families, their love and wisdom will be missed.
Our thoughts and love go out to all the family especially Emile, Jasna and Rudi losing two grandmothers in a month. Both now chatting again. All our love and deepest sympathy.
