- TEPANIA Obituary
TEPANIA - PALMER, Gwendoline. Passed away unexpectedly at her home in Hamilton on 23 September 2023, aged 70 years. Cherished mum to Natalie and Simon and Scott and Hilda adored by mokopuna Nikau, Kauri and Tanekaha, Aunty, Nanny, sister, friend and mentor to many. Gwen is lying at Kirikiriroa Marae, 951 Wairere Drive Hamilton East. Final Service at 10am Wednesday 27 September 2023, Kirikiriroa Marae. Then whanau will accompany Gwen to her final resting place in Kaiaua.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.I worked with Gwen in 2007-2010 on quality risk board at Waitemata health district board.
What inspiration she was to me together with Pat Booth.

Sincere condolences to the family of my dear friend and esteemed colleague, Gwen. She gave her all to the NZ health sector and the nursing profession over many years. RIP
