SIMON, Elisabeth: Elisabeth Simon went to her eternal home on September 28, 2024, at the age of 83 years. She will be remembered and sadly missed by her partner James 'Jim' Johnston, children Elizabeth Cayer and Robert Simon, grandchildren Erika Cooper (Derek) and Heidi Cayer, as well as great-grandchildren Valerie, Jordan, Emily, and Summer. Elisabeth was sadly predeceased by her brother Rudy and sisters Eva, Margit, and Julie from Hungary. Elisabeth touched the lives of all who knew her. She had a generous spirit and always helped others. She was compassionate and thoughtful of peoples' needs and was always giving. She also loved and was loved by her family in Hungary.
