Our Dear “Lee David” from “Auntie Lee”

All Lee's earthly pain now gone…

So many battles in the last few years,
And now your loved ones left with tears,
You fought so long and hard, yet I heard no complaint,
Even in the darksome hour, when you were so faint.
So quickly your 51 years have past
From the babe I knew so well, til last,
Lost years between we did not redeem,
Conversations now gone it would seem,
Oh what might have been.

So very sad are the hearts that loved you.
