Dearly loved husband of Maureen, dearly loved father and father- in-law of Vicky and Rob, Sarah and Kulraj, Angela and Kirk, Jenni and Scott, Emily (deceased), Tim and Rebecca, loved Grandad Sam of Alex and Max; Jasmine and Keria; Toby and Jessica; and Emily. Irreplaceable and forever in our hearts. Many thanks to the phenomenal staff of Ward 25 at Christchurch Hospital for their loving care of Sam and his family, and a special thanks to Dr Nigel Gilchrist and Dr Chris Drennan and their colleagues.
